Three Ventures builds AI and data solutions for the backbone of the economy: manufacturers, logistics operators, contractors, energy companies, field-service businesses, unions and associations, and the owner-led and PE-backed companies behind them. We have practiced data and analytics since 2012, and today we help operators get their data in order and put AI to work without failed six-figure pilots.
We are independent. We don't resell a platform; we deliver outcomes. Our services include AI Readiness Assessments, AI Data Governance, Fractional CIO/CTO/CISO/Chief Architect leadership, M&A technical due diligence and post-purchase integration, AI workshops and transformation, and implementations with partners such as HubSpot, Zuper and Sage.
Many of us come from the industries we serve. We can walk a plant floor, talk routing and work-in-progress, and treat a client's operation like our own. Offices: Roseville, California and Frisco, Texas.
Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect sets the technology direction for our clients' operations. You will own the target-state architecture for manufacturers, logistics firms and contractors as they modernize ERP, connect operational systems and become AI-ready. You will often sit in a fractional Chief Architect seat, advising owners, executives and PE sponsors.

Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect turns client problems into working solutions. You will design and guide the delivery of integrations, platform implementations and AI use cases, such as quoting automation, predictive maintenance, dispatch and scheduling, and cost-per-unit visibility. You bridge business needs and technical build.

The Business / Data Architect builds the data foundation that decides whether AI works. You will map how a client's business actually runs, model its data, and put the ownership, quality standards and governance in place to make production data trustworthy, AI-ready and defensible in an audit.

Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales

The BDR opens doors with owners and executives in the industries we serve. You will generate and qualify pipeline for our AI Readiness Assessments, AI Data Governance, Fractional Leadership and M&A services, and book first conversations: a straight 30-minute call, never a hard pitch.
