Solutions Architect

Location: Hybrid, Roseville, CA or Frisco, TX, with client travel · Type: Full-time · Reports to: Enterprise Architect / Head of Delivery

The Solutions Architect turns client problems into working solutions. You will design and guide the delivery of integrations, platform implementations and AI use cases, such as quoting automation, predictive maintenance, dispatch and scheduling, and cost-per-unit visibility. You bridge business needs and technical build.

What you'll do

  • Run discovery with client stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and systems.
  • Design end-to-end solutions across CRM, ERP, field-service and data platforms, including HubSpot, Zuper and Sage.
  • Define integrations, APIs, data flows and automation between systems that were never built to talk to each other.
  • Design and prototype AI use cases that pay for themselves, and define how they move to production.
  • Write solution designs, technical specs and estimates; support proposals and statements of work.
  • Guide implementation teams and partners through build, testing and go-live.
  • Run technical demos and proofs of concept during the sales process.
  • Document solutions and train client teams so the results stick.

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting or senior engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, ERP, field service).
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, iPaaS/integration tools, SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS or GCP).
  • Strong client-facing communication and the ability to translate operations language into technical requirements.
  • Comfort working on-site with operations teams.

Nice to have

  • HubSpot, Zuper or Sage certifications or implementation experience.
  • Experience applying LLMs, automation or ML to business workflows.
  • Background in manufacturing, logistics, construction, energy or field services.
