The Format

60 Minutes. One Topic. Everyone Contributes.

Designed to be tight, focused, and genuinely interactive. Not a keynote with questions bolted on at the end.

Frame · 10 min

The topic is introduced

Three Ventures opens with a sharp framing of the session question - current context, why it matters now, and the specific dimensions the group will explore.

Provoke · 15 min

A perspective is challenged

A guest voice, data point, or contrarian position is introduced to push the conversation past obvious answers and surface the real complexity.

Discuss · 30 min

The room takes over

Open structured discussion. Attendees share their own experience, challenges, and perspective. This is the core of the session - not a Q&A, a conversation.

Close · 5 min

Clarity, not conclusions

Three Ventures synthesizes the thread of discussion and surfaces the 2–3 things the group actually landed on. No homework assigned, no sales pitch appended.

Why Contribution Is Required

The Room Is the Resource.

When everyone contributes, the whole group gets more from 60 minutes than any presentation could deliver. The collective experience in the room is the curriculum. We ask you to bring it.

This is not a passive event. Cameras on. Questions welcome. Disagreement encouraged. Silence costs everyone.

Show up as yourself

Bring your real experience and real uncertainty. We don't need polished takes - we need honest ones.

Speak at least once

We ask every attendee to contribute at least one substantive point during the discussion window. That's the only condition of participation.

Disagree productively

Pushback is welcome. The goal is clarity, not consensus. A room that agrees on everything hasn't thought hard enough.

Keep it in the room

What's shared in the session stays there. Don't attribute specific comments to individuals outside the group.

Topic Landscape

AI is Broad. We Go Deep, One Question at a Time.

Topics rotate each session. The scope is deliberately wide - because the people in the room come from different industries, functions, and starting points.

AI Readiness & Governance

Maturity assessments, risk identification, policy gaps, and the organizational questions that precede any deployment.

Data Quality & AI Readiness

Getting data clean, structured, and trustworthy before AI touches it - the unglamorous work most organizations skip.

Workforce & Change Management

How do you lead people through AI adoption? The communication, culture, and trust challenges that technology alone can't solve.

AI ROI: Measuring What Actually Matters

Beyond cost savings - how do you measure AI's real impact on speed, quality, and organizational capability over time?

AI Vendor Landscape: What to Trust

Cutting through the noise on AI tools, platforms, and vendors. What questions to ask before you sign anything.

Agentic AI: Real or Overhyped?

AI agents that act autonomously are here. What's actually working, what's failing, and what should you be paying attention to?

AI Security & Risk Incidents

The AI incidents organizations aren't talking about publicly - and how to build the governance to catch problems before they escalate.

Small Business & SMB AI Adoption

What's different about AI adoption for smaller organizations - resource constraints, faster decisions, and the advantages incumbents can't replicate.

The Build vs. Buy vs. Partner Decision

The frameworks and real-world experience behind one of the most consequential AI decisions any organization makes.

Who's in the Room

Open Invitation. Genuine Diversity of Experience.

This series isn't built for one industry or one seniority level. The cross-pollination of different roles and sectors is part of what makes the conversation valuable.

Executives & Leaders

CEOs, CXOs, and owners navigating AI strategy at the organizational level.

IT & Technology Teams

Practitioners building, evaluating, and managing AI systems in real organizations.

Operations & Finance

The people who have to make AI investments work in practice and justify them on paper.

Curious Practitioners

Anyone working in or around AI adoption who has something to say and wants to hear from others who do too.

No application. No screening. No approval process. This series is open - register and attend. The only thing we ask is that you come prepared to contribute. If passive attendance is what you're looking for, this isn't the right room.

Common Questions

Before You Register

It means we ask every attendee to speak at least once during the discussion portion of the session. You don't need to have a polished position - a question, an observation, or a piece of your own experience is enough. What we're not looking for is people who sign up to listen silently for 60 minutes. The value of the session comes from what the room brings to it.
No. The sessions are designed for people who are working through AI questions in real organizations - not people who already have all the answers. Early-stage uncertainty, skepticism, and practical experience without formal AI training are all welcome and valuable in the room. Experts tend to make the worst listeners; bring what you've actually lived.
No. The webinar series is open to anyone who wants to attend. Register and you're in. The only condition is that you come ready to participate. There is no vetting, no approval process, and no criteria beyond a commitment to contributing to the conversation.
Sessions are not distributed as recordings. We want people to speak freely - and that means what happens in the room stays in the room. If Three Ventures publishes anything drawing from the discussion, it will be de-attributed and generalized. No names, no companies, no quotes.
The Executive Roundtable is an invite-only, application-screened session specifically for Owners, CEOs, and CXOs of SMB manufacturing companies. Groups are kept small - 8 to 12 people - and sessions run 90 to 120 minutes. The Webinar Series is open to anyone, runs 60 minutes, covers a broader range of industries and functions, and is designed for a wider cross-section of people navigating AI at work.
No. The session is a conversation, not a pitch. Three Ventures hosts this series to engage seriously with the AI community and build relationships based on substance. If you want to know what Three Ventures does, it's on the website. What you won't find is a sales deck waiting for you at the end of a session.
