It's the same data and analytics discipline we've practiced since 2012, pointed at the operations that actually build, move, and make things. **We walk among you** We come from this world - electricians, contractors, tool-rental yards, oil fields, shop floors. Some of us worked those jobs. That's not a marketing line. It's why we can walk a plant floor, talk routing and work-in-progress, and treat your operation like it's our own. We're geeks - but we keep our boots in the truck. [Talk to Us](#tvContactForm) **Backbone Industries:** Manufacturing · Oil & Gas · Logistics & Supply Chain · Construction · Unions & Associations · Field Services ## Who We Serve We build for the **backbone of the economy** Not banks. Not ad-tech. The operations that make, move, build, and maintain - where the data is real, the margins are earned, and a failed technology project costs more than money. These industries have been underserved by technology consultants for years. That's exactly why they're where AI can move the needle most. - **Manufacturing** — Quoting, traveler and change-order workflows, cost-per-unit visibility, predictive maintenance. - **Logistics & Supply Chain** — Freight and fleet data, routing, demand forecasting, systems that don't talk to each other. - **Construction & Field Services** — Job-site logs, dispatch, scheduling, and the paperwork that never makes it off the clipboard. - **Oil, Gas & Energy** — Operational data trapped across sites and equipment that was never built to be connected. - **Unions & Associations** — Membership, compliance, and reporting data spread across legacy systems and spreadsheets. - **Owner-led & PE-backed SMBs** — Succession, acquisition, and growth moments where the technology has to catch up fast. Why the moment matters — The system of record and the **system of reality** don't match - and that gap is now measurable in lost margin. - **87%** — of SMB manufacturers have not adopted AI in any workflow - **60%** — of AI projects without AI-ready data will be abandoned by 2026 (Gartner) - **Data first** — The shops winning with AI fixed their data foundation before buying the AI ## What We Do Independent AI and data work - **outcomes, not software** We don't resell a platform. We assess where you stand, get your data AI-ready, and help you deploy what actually moves the needle. Most engagements start with a fixed-fee assessment so you know exactly where you're spending before you spend it. - **[AI Readiness Assessment](https://threeventures.com/ai-readiness/)** · _Start Here_ — A four-week assessment that turns your operational data into a prioritized AI roadmap - with an honest gap analysis your leadership can act on. - **[AI Data Governance Alignment](https://threeventures.com/ai-data-governance/)** — The data ownership, quality standards, and governance policies that make your production data usable for AI - and defensible in an audit. - **[Fractional CIO / CISO / CTO / Chief Architect](https://threeventures.com/fractional-leadership/)** — A senior technology leader in the seat part-time and fully accountable - for the ERP replacement, the security uplift, the transformation. - **[M&A Technical Due Diligence](https://threeventures.com/m-a-technical-due-diligence/)** — Independent technology and operational assessment of an acquisition target - a risk-scored report and integration cost model the deal team can rely on. - **[M&A Post-Purchase Integration](https://threeventures.com/m-a-post-purchase-integration/)** — We run the integration program office - systems, data, and governance - while your leadership runs the business and the plant keeps running. - **[AI Workshop & Transformation](https://threeventures.com/ai-workshop/)** — Hands-on sessions that move a leadership team from "what is AI" to a concrete, prioritized plan for their operation. (Page coming soon.) ## Why Three Ventures Data was always the point. **AI just raised the stakes.** Three Ventures has spent since 2012 helping companies turn scattered, underused data into decisions. AI didn't change what we do - it made the data foundation we've always built the thing that determines whether AI works at all. 1. **2012 → — Data & Analytics** — Connecting systems that were never built to talk to each other, and turning operational data into something a business could actually use. 2. **→ — AI Data Governance** — The same discipline, one layer deeper: governing and cleaning data so it's trustworthy - the prerequisite every AI initiative quietly depends on. 3. **→ Today — AI Readiness & Deployment** — Getting operations AI-ready and deploying the use cases that pay for themselves - quoting, maintenance, scheduling, cost visibility. ## The Risk Nobody's Pricing In Most leaders don't know what AI is exposing them to Lawyers don't know AI, and technologists don't know the law - so the legal and data-privacy risks of AI are landing in a gap almost nobody is watching. Content your team assumed it owned may not be protectable. Data you fed a model may carry obligations you never agreed to. Three Ventures works this gap directly: our leadership includes a technologist with a Master of Law in AI & Data Privacy. Where this shows up — Three questions most boards **can't answer yet** - Can we actually own and protect what our AI tools produce? - What obligations came attached to the data we trained on? - If an AI system produces a harmful output, who is liable? A founding partner since 2012, he has led the firm's evolution from principal consultant to CEO, guiding how Three Ventures helps clients accelerate, increase, and optimize their business with data and AI. Alan sets the company's strategic direction with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes for the leaders and owners driving their businesses forward. - **2012** — Founded in Roseville, California - **3** — Builders, one idea - **10+ yrs** — Turning data into decisions ## Three builders, one idea. **The Beginning** Three Ventures was founded in 2012 by brothers Alan and Curtis Morte and their lifelong friend Wally Hix - three builders who had been making things together since they were kids. What started as a small, founder-led consultancy was built on one idea that still defines the company: **data is only valuable when it changes what a business actually does.** For more than a decade, that meant helping clients turn scattered, underused data into decisions and revenue - across analytics, marketing, cloud, and custom software. The work was practical and outcome-driven: connect the systems that weren't talking to each other, make the numbers trustworthy, and put them in front of the people who make the decisions. The company grew by solving real problems rather than selling a single product - and that builder's instinct still runs the place. > Data is only valuable when it changes what a business actually does. ## The same problem, one layer down. **The Bridge to AI** That foundation is what made the next step obvious. As AI moved from experiment to expectation, the pattern became clear: the organizations struggling with AI weren't failing on the technology - they were failing on the data underneath it. A model can't learn from information trapped in spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and people's heads. The same discipline Three Ventures had spent years on - governing data, integrating systems, making information reliable - is the prerequisite for AI to work at all. The data and analytics work led directly into AI data governance, because they are the same problem one layer down. ## Where We Are Now Today that work is focused where the gap between a company's systems and its reality is widest, and where the data foundation matters most before any AI initiative begins: **AI readiness and AI data governance for small and mid-sized manufacturers.** ## Want to know who you'd be working with? Every engagement is staffed by named people with real depth. Let's talk about your project. The gap isn't ambition - it's infrastructure, data quality, and organizational readiness. We find that gap before it becomes expensive. - **Data locked in disconnected systems** — From fleet telematics to warehouse management to job-site logs - the data exists, but it lives in silos. AI can't learn from data it can't reach. - **Operational data still trapped in paper and spreadsheets** — Shift logs, delivery manifests, inspection checklists, time cards - operations that run on paperwork can't feed a model, no matter how good the model is. - **No internal AI ownership** — Without a clear owner for data and technology, AI pilots stall after the vendor demo. Someone has to own the outcome - and right now, nobody does. - **Vendor-led roadmaps built around the vendor** — Software vendors sell what they sell. You need an independent view of what AI will actually move the needle in your specific operation. What we consistently see — Operations that skip the assessment spend **3–5×** fixing the wrong problem - **73%** — of AI pilots in backbone industries fail to reach production - data readiness is the #1 reason - **4 wks** — is all it takes to get a clear, actionable picture of where you actually stand - **Fixed fee** — is the cost of knowing - versus the cost of guessing and building the wrong thing ## Our Approach Three weeks of discovery. **One week of clarity.** We go deep on your operation - the systems, the data, the people, and the gaps - and come back with a roadmap your leadership can actually execute. 1. **Operational Discovery** — We visit your sites, interview your operations and IT leadership, and inventory every system that touches your operational data - from field devices and telematics to back-office ERP to spreadsheets on shared drives. · _Weeks 1–2_ 2. **Gap Analysis & Scoring** — We score your data quality, infrastructure maturity, and organizational readiness against the requirements of your highest-value AI use cases - whether that's route optimization, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, or workforce scheduling. · _Week 3_ 3. **Roadmap Delivery** — We present a prioritized roadmap to your leadership team - with quick wins, sequenced investments, and an honest view of what's feasible in your operation versus what the vendors are promising. · _Week 4_ ## What You Get Six deliverables. **All actionable. All yours.** Everything we produce is designed to be used - by your leadership team, your IT staff, or your next implementation partner. - **AI Maturity Scorecard** — A structured assessment across five dimensions: data infrastructure, system integration, organizational readiness, governance posture, and AI use-case fit - calibrated to your type of operation. - **Operational Data Infrastructure Audit** — A detailed inventory of your data sources, systems, and connections - with a clear picture of what's usable for AI and what needs to be addressed first. - **AI Opportunity Map** — A prioritized view of AI use cases sized to your operation - with feasibility ratings for each and an honest view of the investment required to get there. - **Gap Analysis Report** — A plain-language summary of what's standing between your current state and your highest-priority AI use cases, with specific remediation steps. - **90-Day Quick-Win Roadmap** — Concrete actions your team can take in the next quarter - without major capital investment - to move the needle on AI readiness. - **Executive Presentation** — A board-ready summary of findings and recommendations, structured for leadership review and investment decision-making. ## Engagement Timeline Four weeks. **No surprises.** Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. We've run this engagement across manufacturing, logistics, construction, and supply chain - and we know exactly what it takes. 1. **Discovery** _(Weeks 1–2)_ — Stakeholder interviews, site visits, systems inventory, data quality sampling, operational workflow review 2. **Analysis** _(Week 3)_ — Maturity scoring, use-case feasibility analysis, gap mapping, opportunity prioritization, roadmap drafting 3. **Readout** _(Week 4)_ — Executive presentation, roadmap delivery, Q&A session, recommended next steps ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your situation** This assessment works best when there's leadership curiosity about AI but no clear internal view of what's actually possible in your operation. - Operations with data spread across multiple disconnected systems - from field to back office - Leadership teams evaluating an AI investment and needing an independent view before committing - PE portfolio companies where the operating partner wants a fast, credible technology baseline - Organizations that tried an AI pilot that didn't deliver - and want to understand why before trying again - Operations preparing a board-level technology investment case and needing credible supporting data ### Engagement Details **Fixed Fee** — All Inclusive - **Duration:** 4 weeks - **Pricing Model:** Fixed Fee - **Site Visit Required:** Yes - Week 1 - **Deliverable:** Report + Presentation - **Client Time Required:** ~4 hrs / week - **Ongoing Commitment:** None required [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to find out **where you actually stand?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. What they don't have is data that's consistent, owned, documented, and ready for AI - and without governance, that gap gets wider every year. - **No one owns the data** — Operational data gets created in the field, stored by IT, and claimed by everyone - which means nobody is actually accountable for its quality, completeness, or accuracy. - **Inconsistent data across sites and business units** — The same KPI calculated four different ways across your depots, sites, or divisions. AI trained on this data learns noise, not signal. - **No policy for how staff use AI tools** — Your people are already using AI. Without a governance policy, sensitive operational data and competitive information are moving through consumer platforms with no visibility or control. - **Compliance exposure across regulated operations** — Safety regulations, labor rules, environmental reporting, and industry certifications all require data traceability. Governance gaps aren't just an AI problem - they're a liability. The governance reality — Data governance isn't a project. It's the **foundation everything else builds on.** - **68%** — of organizations cite data quality as their biggest barrier to AI deployment - **2–3×** — longer to build AI models when governance foundations aren't in place before development starts - **Ongoing** — governance isn't a one-time fix - we help you build the internal capability to sustain it ## How It Works Four phases. **Built to last.** We don't deliver a governance framework and walk away. We embed alongside your team until the policies are real, the ownership is clear, and your people can sustain it without us. 1. **Foundation** — Current-state data audit, source mapping across all operational systems, regulatory requirements review, leadership alignment on scope and priorities. · _Weeks 1–4_ 2. **Policy Build** — Data classification framework design, ownership assignments, quality standards, AI use policy drafting, tooling selection and configuration. · _Months 2–4_ 3. **Embedding** — Operations and IT team training, process integration, quality standard adoption in the field, change management, exception handling. · _Months 4–8_ 4. **Sustain** — Ongoing advisory as your operation evolves - policy iteration, compliance monitoring, periodic governance reviews aligned to audit cycles. · _Ongoing_ ## What You Get Six deliverables that **stay with your organization** Everything we build is designed to be owned and operated by your team - not dependent on a consultant to maintain. - **Data Classification & Ownership Framework** — A documented map of every significant data type in your operation, who owns it, how it's classified, and what the quality and retention standards are. - **AI Model Governance Policies** — Policies governing how AI models are trained, validated, deployed, and monitored - covering both internally operated and vendor-operated AI systems. - **Operational Data Quality Standards** — Naming conventions, measurement standards, and quality thresholds for your key operational metrics - standardized across sites, divisions, and business units. - **Data Lineage & Traceability Documentation** — Clear documentation of where data originates, how it moves through your systems, and how it can be traced back to source - critical for both AI and regulatory compliance. - **Governance Operating Model & RACI** — A durable organizational model - who owns governance, who enforces standards, how exceptions are handled, and how the model evolves as your operation changes. - **Staff AI Use Policy** — A practical, enforceable policy for how your people can use AI tools - covering approved platforms, data handling, IP protection, and acceptable use. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your situation** This engagement works best when your organization is serious about AI - and ready to do the foundational work that makes it possible. - Multi-site operations with inconsistent data standards across depots, divisions, or regions - Operations in regulated environments needing data traceability for safety, labor, or industry compliance - Organizations that completed an AI readiness assessment and are ready to close the gaps - PE platforms standardizing data practices across a portfolio of backbone industry companies - Leadership teams that have seen AI pilots fail and want to build the right foundation before trying again ### Engagement Details **Time & Materials** — Scoped to your operation - **Duration:** 2 – 24 months - **Pricing Model:** Time & Materials - **Scoping:** After discovery call - **Format:** Embedded / Hybrid - **Cadence:** Weekly or bi-weekly - **Ongoing:** Advisory phase available [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to build a foundation **your AI can rely on?** We scope every engagement to your operation. The opportunity isn't replacing people - it's freeing them from the work that shouldn't require them. - **High-volume manual processes that haven't changed in years** — Data entry, report generation, scheduling, compliance checks, invoice matching, dispatch coordination - these processes run every day, consume significant labor, and are exactly what AI is built to handle. - **Error rates that compound at scale** — Manual processes introduce errors. Errors create rework. Rework costs money and delays outcomes. At high volume, even a 2% error rate becomes a material operational cost. - **Headcount that grows with volume instead of staying flat** — When throughput doubles, the team doubles too. AI-driven processes break that relationship - letting the same team handle significantly more without adding bodies. - **Point solutions that don't add up to transformation** — One-off AI tools deployed process by process, without a coordinated program, produce isolated wins. Transformation requires a structured approach across your most important processes. The opportunity in backbone industries — The highest-value AI opportunity isn't new products. It's **the work your operation already does every day.** - **40–60%** — of labor hours in backbone operations are spent on high-volume repeatable processes that are strong candidates for AI - **3–8×** — ROI on AI process transformation when built on solid data foundations and measured rigorously - **Months** — not years - individual process transformations can deliver measurable impact within a single engagement sprint ## What We Transform The processes that eat your team's time **every single day** We identify the highest-volume, highest-friction processes in your operation and rebuild them as AI-driven workflows - each one measured, owned, and built to run at scale. - **Document Processing & Data Entry** — Invoices, delivery receipts, inspection reports, compliance forms - extracted, validated, and routed automatically without manual handling. - **Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination** — Route optimization, crew scheduling, equipment dispatch, and shift planning - driven by AI that accounts for constraints your current process handles manually. - **Reporting & Performance Monitoring** — Operational reports, KPI summaries, exception alerts, and compliance dashboards - generated automatically from source data instead of assembled by hand. - **Quality & Compliance Checks** — Automated review of quality records, safety documentation, regulatory filings, and certification tracking - flagging exceptions instead of manual scanning. - **Procurement & Inventory Management** — Demand forecasting, reorder triggers, vendor comparison, and purchase order generation - driven by AI rather than reactive manual decisions. - **Workforce & Onboarding Administration** — Certification tracking, onboarding documentation, training compliance, and labor reporting - automated so your HR and ops teams focus on people, not paperwork. ## How It Works Outcome-gated from start to finish. **No milestone without a metric.** Every engagement is structured to your operation - but the discipline is consistent: we don't move to the next process until the current one is measured, validated, and handed off. 1. **Process Discovery & Prioritization** — We map your highest-volume repeatable processes, score them on AI feasibility and business impact, and agree with your leadership on the transformation sequence. Every process in scope gets a baseline measurement before we touch it - time per transaction, error rate, cost per unit, throughput capacity. · _Weeks 1–4_ 2. **Process Sprints** — We work through your prioritized process list in structured sprints - each one scoped, built, tested, and measured before the next begins. Sprint cadence is set at engagement start based on your operation's capacity to absorb change. Deliverable ownership is agreed per sprint: some processes your team operates, some we hand off as documented workflows, some stay embedded. · _Ongoing_ 3. **Measurement & Impact Reporting** — After each sprint, we measure the transformed process against its baseline: hours reclaimed, error rate reduction, cost per transaction delta, and throughput change. Results are reported in a running Impact Scorecard - visible to your leadership throughout the engagement, not just at the end. · _Per Sprint_ 4. **Capability Transfer & Sustain** — As the engagement matures, we shift progressively more ownership to your internal team - training process owners, documenting AI workflow logic, and establishing governance for how transformed processes are maintained and evolved as your operation changes. · _Ongoing → Close_ ## Example Sprint Invoice Processing Transformation - Logistics Operation | Baseline (Before) | What We Built | Measured Impact | | --- | --- | --- | | 14 min avg. per invoice, manually | AI document extraction + validation | 1.8 min avg. per invoice (87% reduction) | | 6.2% error rate requiring rework | Automated routing by vendor & type | 0.4% error rate (94% reduction) | | 2.3 FTE hours/day on data entry | Exception flagging, not manual review | 1.9 FTE hours/day reclaimed | | 48hr average processing lag | Integration to existing ERP/AP system | 4hr average processing lag | ## How We Measure Impact Four metrics. **Every process. Every sprint.** Before we touch a process, we baseline it. After each sprint, we measure it. The Impact Scorecard tracks progress across every transformed process throughout the engagement. | Metric | Value | Detail | | --- | --- | --- | | Time Reclaimed | Hrs/wk | Hours of manual labor eliminated per process per week - tracked from baseline through go-live | | Error Reduction | % ↓ | Reduction in error and rework rate versus the manual baseline - measured at 30 and 90 days post-launch | | Cost per Transaction | $/unit | Cost to execute one unit of the process before and after - fully-loaded, including labor and system costs | | Throughput Capacity | Vol ↑ | Volume the same team can handle after transformation - measuring the headcount leverage AI creates | ## What You Get Hard deliverables at **every stage of the engagement** Deliverable ownership is agreed per process - some your team operates, some handed off as documented workflows, some remain embedded. Nothing is ambiguous. - **Process Transformation Backlog** — A prioritized, scored inventory of every process in scope - with baseline measurements, AI feasibility ratings, estimated impact ranges, and agreed sequencing. - **AI Workflow Builds** — Working AI-driven workflows for each transformed process - built, tested, and validated in your environment before handoff. Scope and ownership defined per sprint. - **Baseline & Impact Measurements** — Pre- and post-transformation measurements for every process we touch - hours reclaimed, error rate, cost per transaction, throughput. Documented and auditable. - **Running Impact Scorecard** — A live dashboard tracking cumulative impact across all transformed processes - updated after each sprint and available to your leadership throughout the engagement. - **Process Ownership Documentation** — For every transformed process: workflow logic documentation, exception handling procedures, maintenance guidance, and training materials for internal process owners. - **Transformation Governance Model** — A lightweight operating model for how your organization continues transforming processes after the engagement - identifying the next candidates, managing AI workflow maintenance, and measuring ongoing impact. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your operation** This works best when leadership has seen the AI Readiness Assessment, knows where the gaps are, and is ready to act. - Organizations that completed an AI Readiness Assessment and have a clear picture of their highest-value process opportunities - Operations with high-volume repeatable processes that haven't fundamentally changed in years - PE portfolio companies under pressure to improve margins without adding headcount - Leadership teams that want measurable ROI on AI investment - not pilots, not proofs of concept - Multi-site operations looking to standardize and automate processes across locations at scale > **Natural next step from the AI Readiness Assessment.** The Assessment identifies your highest-value process opportunities and scores their feasibility. AI Transformation is how you act on those findings. ### Engagement Details **Time & Materials** — Outcome-Gated Milestones - **Duration:** 6 – 24 months - **Pricing Model:** Time & Materials - **Scoping:** After process discovery - **Format:** Embedded sprints - **Milestones:** Outcome-gated throughout - **Preferred On-Ramp:** AI Readiness Assessment [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to turn your busiest processes into **AI-driven accelerators?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. [Schedule a Discovery Call](#tvContactForm) --- # Turn what your employees know into an AI roadmap leadership can act on **Working in Partnership with the Backbone of Our Economy - AI Adoption & Strategy** A structured workshop series that moves from employee survey to scored use cases to a prioritized implementation plan - grounded entirely in what your own staff said they need, reviewed by your own subject matter experts. **Engagement at a Glance** - **12 wks** — Survey to leadership roadmap presentation - **40–70** — Use cases surfaced in a typical engagement - **3 tiers** — Every use case scored and sequenced - **Day 1** — Tier 3 items your team can start immediately [Schedule a Discovery Call](#tvContactForm) **Backbone Industries:** Manufacturing · Logistics & Distribution · Construction · Supply Chain · Unions & Trades · Agriculture ## The Problem We Solve Most organizations have staff using AI already. **Almost none have a plan for it.** The gap between individual AI experimentation and organization-wide adoption isn't ambition - it's structure, governance, and a clear view of where it actually helps. We build that view before anyone spends real money. - **Staff are using AI tools ad hoc with no policy and no consistency** — Some employees use AI daily. Others stopped entirely because there are no guidelines. Both outcomes represent risk. Neither produces organizational value. - **Leadership wants to invest but has no credible internal view of where** — Vendors pitch their own products. Internal IT teams don't have bandwidth for discovery. Leadership ends up making budget decisions without an honest, independent prioritization of the opportunity. - **Employee knowledge about what they need sits in survey data that never gets used** — Most organizations have done some form of internal survey. The results live in a spreadsheet somewhere. No one has turned that input into a scored, sequenced implementation plan. - **Disconnected systems make the highest-value AI use cases look impossible** — CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, project management tools - most backbone operations have 10 to 20 systems that don't talk to each other. You need to know which use cases require real engineering and which ones don't. What we've seen — Organizations that skip structured discovery end up **building the wrong thing first** - **40–70** — distinct AI use cases surface in a typical engagement before any synthesis - most organizations have no idea the volume of opportunity sitting in their existing workflows - **50%+** — of staff in a typical organization are already using AI tools with no organizational policy guiding them - that's not a pilot, it's unmanaged adoption - **#1** — most common outcome without a discovery process: building something that duplicates a tool the organization already pays for, or solving for the loudest voice rather than the broadest need ## Our Approach Three phases. **One complete roadmap. We go from blank slate to a leadership-ready AI implementation plan - using your employees' own words, reviewed by your own subject matter experts, and sequenced for how your organization actually operates. 1. **Employee Survey & Functional Analysis** — A structured survey deployed to your full staff surfaces where time is actually going - broken down by role, by function, by tool, and by task. We normalize the responses, map them to functional groups, and identify the patterns that repeat across departments before the first workshop begins. · _Weeks 1–2_ 2. **Use Case Workshops by Function** — Two to three working sessions organized by functional area - Finance & Data, Content & Communications, and Tools & Governance. Each workshop produces a tiered, scored use case list. Then your own internal subject matter experts review and rank every item independently. Not Three Ventures - your people. · _Weeks 3–8_ 3. **Leadership Roadmap Presentation** — We synthesize all reviewer inputs, cross-workshop priorities, and survey data into a board-ready presentation. Use cases organized by tier, sequenced by impact and readiness, with an honest view of what requires engineering and what your team can own independently starting immediately. · _Weeks 9–12_ ## The Three-Tier Framework Every use case gets scored. **Not every use case costs the same.** The most important thing a discovery process can tell you is which AI use cases require a specialist engineer, which ones your team can own after a guided build, and which ones your staff can start on day one with tools they already have. ### Custom AI Build — Tier 1 Requires live system integrations, API connections, cross-source data normalization, or RAG architecture. Cannot be accomplished with off-the-shelf tools alone. A specialist builds it. Your organization owns it after delivery. - Automated cross-system data reconciliation (CRM ↔ ERP) - AI agent that queries internal knowledge bases and returns structured answers - Automated reporting pipelines pulling from multiple live data sources _Typically 10–18 builds per engagement_ ### Structured Workflow Build — Tier 2 Accomplished through prompt engineering, document structuring, and workflow design - no custom code or live system integrations. A specialist builds the first version and teaches the pattern. Your team replicates independently from there. - Templated proposal and pitch workflows with structured AI inputs - Recurring report generation from structured document inputs - Meeting workflow kits: pre-brief, agenda, and follow-up in one package _Typically 25–35 workflows per engagement_ ### DIY with Current Tools — Tier 3 Any employee can accomplish this today using tools already in your stack - Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent. What's missing isn't the tool. It's role-specific examples, a shared prompt library, and clear policy guidance. - Email drafting, editing, and tone adjustment workflows - Research synthesis and briefing document generation - First-draft content creation for internal and external communications _Typically 12–18 starter items per engagement - available immediately_ > **Every use case is scored across eight implementation dimensions:** data normalization, API and system integration, document parsing, knowledge base requirements, automation triggers, human-in-the-loop design, context management, and data privacy. That scoring is what drives the tier assignment - and what gives leadership a defensible basis for sequencing investment. ## What You Get Eight deliverables. **Built from your data. Owned by your team.** Everything produced in this engagement is designed to be used - by your leadership team, your implementation partners, your internal champions, and your staff on day one. - **Employee AI Readiness Survey** — Customized for your organization and functional areas. Captures pain points, current tool adoption, AI familiarity levels, and specific use case ideas from your full staff - before any external analysis begins. - **Functional Use Case Compilation** — A complete inventory of employee-surfaced needs and use cases organized by functional area, with respondent traceability preserved for internal reference and all external materials anonymized. - **Tiered Use Case Prioritization Matrix** — Every use case scored across eight implementation dimensions and assigned to Tier 1, 2, or 3 - with a written rationale for each assignment and a complexity profile your technical team can use directly. - **Internal Reviewer Workbooks** — One structured workbook per subject matter expert. Reviewers score priority, effort vs. impact, and willingness to champion each use case independently - producing priorities that belong to your organization, not to Three Ventures. - **Cross-Workshop Priority Analysis** — A synthesis of where multiple functional groups independently ranked the same use cases as high priority. These cross-cutting items are your organization-wide starting points - not function-specific requests. - **AI User Committee Framework** — A governance structure for ongoing internal ownership of the AI program - including committee composition, decision rights, meeting cadence, and onboarding materials. Built during the engagement, ready to launch at program kickoff. - **Tier 3 Starter Kit** — A role-specific prompt library, usage examples, and policy guardrails covering all Tier 3 use cases. Formatted for distribution - staff returning from a kickoff meeting can begin using these on day one without waiting for a build or a training session. - **Leadership Roadmap Presentation** — A board-ready summary of findings, reviewer priorities, and the sequenced implementation plan - structured for leadership review, investment decision-making, and clear next steps. ## What Makes This Different Your reviewers set the priorities. **Not Three Ventures.** Most consulting engagements hand leadership a prioritized list and tell them what to build first. This one doesn't work that way. Your own subject matter experts - from finance, marketing, operations, sales, wherever - each independently score every use case for priority, effort vs. impact, and whether they'd champion it internally. When leadership sees the roadmap, the priorities in it belong to 10 to 20 of their own people. That changes the conversation from "the consultants think we should do this" to "this is what your own team ranked first." Implementation moves faster. Internal resistance drops. Budget conversations are easier. Three Ventures synthesizes and sequences. Your organization decides. **What reviewers do** - **Score every use case independently** — Rate priority, effort vs. impact, and personal willingness to champion each item - using a structured workbook, not a meeting or a group discussion. - **Represent their functional area** — Each reviewer brings domain knowledge that Three Ventures can't replicate - what's actually painful, what has tried-and-failed history, and what would get adopted vs. ignored. - **Signal internal ownership early** — Reviewers who mark "Yes, I'd champion this" become the implementation team's first internal contacts - people who already believe in the use case before a build begins. - **Create a defensible prioritization record** — When leadership asks why a particular use case is in month one, the answer is "because X of your own reviewers ranked it high priority independently." ## Engagement Timeline Twelve weeks. **No surprises.** Fixed scope, clear milestones, defined deliverables at each stage. We've run this engagement multiple times and know exactly what it takes - and what it doesn't. 1. **Survey & Analysis** — Survey design, deployment, response collection, data normalization, functional area analysis, and pain point mapping across your organization · _Weeks 1–2_ 2. **Workshop Series** — Two to three functional workshops, use case compilation, tier scoring across eight dimensions, and internal reviewer workbook distribution and collection · _Weeks 3–8_ 3. **Synthesis** — Cross-workshop priority analysis, reviewer input aggregation, Tier 3 starter kit build, AI User Committee framework development, and roadmap sequencing · _Weeks 9–10_ 4. **Roadmap Delivery** — Leadership presentation, full deliverable handoff, Q&A session, and recommended next steps for implementation - including what a phased build program looks like · _Weeks 11–12_ ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your situation** This works best when there's genuine leadership interest in AI - but no internal view of what's actually possible, what it would cost, or where to start. - Organizations where AI adoption is happening unevenly - some teams using tools actively, others not at all, and no one coordinating the difference - Leadership teams evaluating an AI investment and wanting an independent, evidence-based view before committing budget to a vendor or a build - Backbone industry companies with 10 to 20 operational platforms that don't integrate and where staff duplicate work across systems daily - Organizations that have run a one-off AI pilot or training session that didn't stick - and want to understand why before trying again with real money - Teams preparing a board-level AI investment case and needing a credible, internally-validated prioritization to support it ### Engagement Details **Priced by organization size and scope** — Fixed Fee - Scoped per Engagement - **Duration:** 12 weeks - **Pricing Model:** Fixed Fee - **On-site Required:** Optional - virtual or in-person - **Internal Reviewers:** 10–20 subject matter experts (client-side) - **Client Time Required:** ~3–4 hrs / week (leadership + reviewers) - **Ongoing Commitment:** None required [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to find out what your employees **actually need from AI?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. The decisions that require that seat end up with nobody owning them - or with the wrong person making them. - **Major systems decisions made without expertise** — A $2M ERP or WMS selection and implementation decision shouldn't rest on the VP of Operations and a software vendor's recommendation. Someone with no conflicts needs to own it. - **Operational security with no one accountable** — Fleet systems, building controls, field access, shared contractor credentials, untested backups. This is a CISO problem - if you had one. - **Digital transformation with no roadmap** — Leadership knows technology needs to change. Nobody in the building has the experience to define what that means for your specific operation and then lead the execution. - **Vendors without anyone managing them** — Software vendors, MSPs, and consultants operating without clear accountability to your business outcomes. You're paying for services without someone on your side holding them to it. The fractional model — A full-time executive costs $250–450K. A fractional executive costs **a fraction of that - and starts in weeks.** - **8 wks** — typical time from first conversation to active leadership - vs. 6–9 months for a full-time hire - **1–3** — days per week of dedicated executive time - structured around what your operation actually needs - **Transition** — every engagement is structured to develop or hire a permanent successor - not create ongoing dependency ## Available Roles Four seats. **One firm.** Each role brings deep backbone industry experience and operates with genuine authority inside your organization - not as an outside advisor. - **Fractional CIO** — IT strategy, core systems governance and selection, vendor management, digital transformation leadership, technology investment planning. The right seat when you need someone to own the technology agenda at the leadership table. - **Fractional CISO** — OT/IT security posture, risk management, compliance programs, incident response readiness, third-party security review. The right seat when operational security is a real risk with no one accountable. - **Fractional CTO** — Operational technology architecture, engineering leadership, smart operations technology strategy, R&D technology direction. The right seat when technology innovation is part of your competitive strategy. - **Fractional Chief Architect** — Enterprise architecture, systems integration standards, data architecture, technical governance, and platform strategy. The right seat when your systems landscape needs someone to design and own the blueprint. ## How It Works Four phases. **Built to transfer ownership.** Every engagement is designed to end with your organization in a stronger position - with a permanent leader in place or the internal capability to operate without us. 1. **Role Definition** — Scope the seat precisely, agree on time commitment and schedule, define success metrics and priorities, align with the leadership team on authority and accountability. · _Week 1–2_ 2. **Onboarding & Rapid Assessment** — 30-day immersion - site time, systems review, team assessment, vendor relationships, strategic priorities. We don't lead until we understand what we're leading. · _Month 1_ 3. **Active Leadership** — Attend leadership meetings, own the technology strategy, manage vendors, build team capability, drive the initiatives your operation needs - with real authority, not just advice. · _Months 2–18+_ 4. **Transition Planning** — Define the successor profile, assist with hiring or develop an internal candidate, structured knowledge transfer, clean handover with full context transferred. · _Final 2–3 months_ ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your organization** This works best when there's a real technology leadership gap - and when leadership is ready to give a fractional executive the authority to actually lead. - Mid-market backbone industry companies between technology leaders - needing coverage without a 6-month search - PE portfolio companies that need executive-level IT oversight without the full-time cost - Operations in core systems selection or replacement needing someone to own the process - Companies navigating a post-acquisition integration that needs technology leadership - Organizations where operational security risk is real and nobody currently owns it ### Engagement Details **Time & Materials** — Structured Monthly - **Duration:** 6 – 24 months - **Pricing Model:** Time & Materials - **Weekly Commitment:** 1–3 days / week typical - **On-site:** Yes - floor presence required - **Notice Period:** Agreed at engagement start - **Start Date:** Typically within 4–6 weeks [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to fill the **technology leadership gap?** Every engagement starts with a conversation about your situation. We find what's behind the firewall - the legacy systems, the operational technology risk, and the integration costs that weren't in the model. - **Core systems on life support** — Heavily customized ERPs, legacy dispatch systems, aging WMS platforms - nobody fully understands them, they run on end-of-life infrastructure, and the integration cost is real. It just never makes it into the LOI. - **Operational technology security exposure** — Fleet systems, building controls, SCADA, remote access - backbone operations have significant OT exposure that a standard IT security review misses entirely. - **Operational data that doesn't support the thesis** — The KPIs reported in the CIM versus what the actual systems show. The gap matters for the model - and it comes out either in due diligence or post-close. - **IP and licensing liabilities** — Software licenses that don't transfer, open-source code embedded in proprietary systems, IP ownership disputes in custom tooling or routing algorithms. What we consistently find — The average backbone industry acquisition has **$2–8M in unmodeled technology risk** - **82%** — of deals we assess have at least one critical technology risk not identified in financial due diligence - **3–5×** — the stated integration cost is what we typically find when core systems are fully scoped - **2-3 wks** — typical timeline for critical findings to emerge - fast enough to inform final negotiations ## How It Works Three phases. **No surprises.** We run a structured process tied to your deal timeline - fast enough to inform negotiations, thorough enough to hold up in front of an IC. 1. **Document Review** — Data room analysis, system documentation, IT and OT architecture, software contracts, licensing, IP ownership, security policies and incident history. · _Weeks 1-2_ 2. **Deep Dive** — Technical interviews with operations, IT, and engineering leadership; live system access; site walk and OT/field network review; operational data validation against reported metrics. · _Weeks 3-6_ 3. **Risk Report & Readout** — Findings consolidation, risk scoring and prioritization, integration cost model, executive and IC readout, negotiation support if needed. · _Weeks 7-8_ ## What You Get A DD report your IC **can rely on** Everything we produce is structured for decision-making - scored, quantified, and presented at the level of detail your investment committee needs. - **Core Systems Assessment** — Full inventory and technical assessment of ERP, WMS, TMS, dispatch, field service, and ancillary systems - including architecture, customization depth, and vendor support status. - **Technical Debt Quantification** — A dollar-value estimate of the technology debt you're inheriting - deferred upgrades, end-of-life systems, and custom code that will need to be maintained or replaced. - **OT / Operational Security Posture Audit** — Assessment of field and operational technology exposure, network segmentation, remote access controls, and cybersecurity risk - with a severity-ranked finding list. - **Operational Data Validation** — Cross-check of reported operational KPIs against source system data - confirming or adjusting the performance assumptions in your financial model. - **IP Ownership & Licensing Review** — Review of software licenses, IP ownership documentation, and open-source usage - identifying liabilities that don't transfer cleanly or require renegotiation at close. - **Integration Complexity & Cost Estimate** — A bottom-up estimate of integration costs - systems consolidation, data migration, network remediation - structured as a range with assumptions clearly documented. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your deal** Designed for acquirers who need a credible, independent technology assessment fast enough to matter. - PE firms acquiring manufacturing, logistics, construction, or supply chain businesses - Strategic buyers adding operational capacity or capability in backbone industries - Platform acquirers rolling up sites and needing a consistent DD standard across deals - Boards and ICs requiring independent technical validation before approval - Deals where the seller's technology claims need to be verified, not assumed ### Engagement Details **Fixed Fee** — Tied to Deal Timeline - **Duration:** 6-8 months - **Pricing Model:** Fixed Fee - **Site Visit Required:** Yes - Weeks 3-4 - **Deliverable:** DD Report + Risk Model - **IC Presentation:** Available on request - **NDA / Confidentiality:** Executed at engagement start [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to know what's **really inside the deal?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. Operational disruption, key talent walking out, and systems migrations gone wrong are how acquisitions destroy value. - **Synergy pressure overtakes operational reality** — Investors want synergies realized in year one. Operations need 12–18 months of stability before a major systems migration. These two clocks don't sync without active management. - **Key operators and supervisors leave at close** — The people who know how the operation actually runs - not the org chart, the reality - make their decisions in the first 90 days. Retention starts before day one. - **Systems consolidations mid-operation** — Consolidating to the acquirer's core systems while the operation is running is one of the hardest things in business. It requires a dedicated program, not a project team. - **Two workforce cultures that don't mix easily** — In backbone industries, culture is physical - it happens in the warehouse, on the site, on the road. It requires deliberate management or it becomes an attrition problem. The integration reality — Most post-acquisition value is created or **destroyed in the first 12 months** - **60%** — of acquisitions fail to achieve projected synergies due to integration execution failure - **Day 100** — what gets done in the first 100 days sets the trajectory for the whole integration - **PMO** — integrations with a dedicated program management office outperform those without by 2× on synergy realization ## How It Works Four phases built around **operational continuity** Every decision in our program is filtered through one question: does this protect the operation? Integration moves at the speed the business can absorb - not the speed finance prefers. 1. **Day 1 Readiness (Pre-Close)** — Integration planning, operational continuity plan, communication strategy, quick-win identification, key talent retention planning. We start before the deal closes. · _Pre-Close_ 2. **Stabilize** — Keep the operation running, retain key people, secure critical systems, establish steering cadence, deliver early wins that build confidence in the integration. · _Months 1–3_ 3. **Integrate** — Core systems consolidation, process standardization, workforce culture alignment, technology rationalization, synergy tracking against the model. · _Months 4–9_ 4. **Optimize** — Synergy realization validation, capability uplift, performance improvement initiatives, program governance wind-down, knowledge transfer to internal team. · _Months 10+_ ## What You Get Six deliverables that **drive the integration forward** - **Integration Program Management Office (PMO)** — A dedicated integration program structure - workstreams, owners, governance cadence, and escalation paths - that gives the integration the organizational weight it needs. - **Systems Consolidation Roadmap** — A sequenced plan for consolidating core operational systems - ERP, WMS, TMS, dispatch, field service - with operational continuity gates at every major milestone. - **People & Culture Integration Playbook** — A structured approach to talent retention, cultural alignment, and communication - built around the realities of workforce culture in backbone industries, not corporate HR frameworks. - **Technology Rationalization Plan** — A clear plan for which systems survive, which get retired, and which get replaced - with TCO analysis and a transition timeline anchored to operational schedules. - **Day 1 / Day 100 Readiness Plan** — Specific, actionable plans for the two windows that matter most - what happens on the day the deal closes, and what gets accomplished in the first 100 days. - **Ongoing Integration Governance & Reporting** — Weekly steering updates, synergy tracking against the investment model, risk escalation, and board-level reporting throughout the integration program. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your integration** This works best when the acquirer is serious about integration quality - not just integration speed. - PE-backed backbone industry companies post-acquisition needing a dedicated integration team - Platform acquirers integrating a new operation into an existing portfolio - Multi-site or cross-border integrations requiring embedded, on-the-ground leadership - Acquirers without an internal integration team and needing rapid program standup - Deals where systems consolidation is on the integration agenda and needs dedicated program management ### Engagement Details **Time & Materials** — Scoped at Close - **Duration:** 12+ months - **Pricing Model:** Time & Materials - **Scoping:** Tied to deal close - **Format:** Embedded, both sites - **Governance:** Weekly steering cadence - **Start Date:** Pre-close preferred [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to build an integration **that actually works?** The best time to start is before the deal closes. How We Think About It — We measure ourselves on **outcomes, not activity** - **Ready** — we make you institutionally ready before capital ever sees the deal - **Matched** — the deal is pattern-matched to the right capital, not shopped blindly - **Aligned** — our economics are tied to the result - retainer, success fee, and equity ## Three Ways to Engage One platform. **Three ways in.** Whether you're raising capital, weighing a transaction, or looking to invest, there's a clear way to work with us. 1. **Raise Capital** _(For Operators)_ — Equity, debt, mezzanine, growth, and recapitalization. We make you institutionally ready, then match the raise to the right capital. 2. **Sell or Acquire** _(For Founders & Boards)_ — Sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, including cross-border - positioning, buyer outreach, diligence management, and execution to close. 3. **Invest Alongside Us** _(For Investors)_ — Direct access to vetted, institutionally-ready deals for family offices, institutions, and co-investment partners. ## How It Works From first look **to funded.** A disciplined process that turns a good business into a fundable one - and matches it to capital that fits. 1. **Assess** _(Step 1)_ — We pressure-test your financials, model, and readiness - and give you an honest read on where you stand. 2. **Package** _(Step 2)_ — Clean financials, quality-of-earnings, a professional data room, and an institutional narrative capital will trust. 3. **Match** _(Step 3)_ — We pattern-match your deal to the right capital across a curated, institutional investor network. 4. **Close** _(Step 4)_ — Diligence management, negotiation, and execution through to a signed deal - with value creation after close. ## Aligned Economics Our economics are **tied to your outcome.** We don't just run a process and collect a fee. Every engagement is structured so we win when you win - by design, not by accident. 1. **Monthly Retainer** — A modest retainer keeps the work moving and the team accountable through the engagement. 2. **Success Fees** — The bulk of our economics is earned only when the capital lands or the transaction closes. 3. **Equity Participation** — Where it fits, we take equity - so our upside is tied directly to the outcome we help create. ## What We Provide The full **capital toolkit.** Whatever your next stage needs, we structure and place the capital - or run the transaction - around it. - **Equity Raises** — Growth and expansion equity, placed with institutional and family-office capital. - **Senior & Mezzanine Debt** — Structured debt and mezzanine financing matched to your cash flow and plans. - **Growth & Recapitalization** — Capital to scale, plus recaps that restructure the balance sheet for the next stage. - **Founder Liquidity** — Partial liquidity that takes chips off the table without giving up control. - **M&A Advisory** — Sell-side and buy-side execution, including cross-border transactions. - **Institutional Readiness** — QoE, financial modeling, and data rooms that make capital confident to commit. ## Ideal For The right fit **for growth funding** - Profitable operators ready to raise growth capital - Founders or boards weighing a sale or acquisition - Companies that need to get institutionally ready first - Businesses in regulated or complex sectors - Operators who want a partner, not just an advisor ### The Engagement **Aligned** — Growth Funding - **Structure:** Retainer + success + equity - **Capital:** Equity, debt, growth, recap - **Transactions:** Raise, sell, or acquire - **Confidentiality:** NDA-backed throughout - **First Step:** A partner conversation [Start a Conversation](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to fund **your next stage?** Every engagement starts with a straight conversation about your business and whether growth funding is the right move. The value is in the architecture - clean data, connected systems, and processes your team adopts. That's what an implementation partner is for. - **Data locked in disconnected systems** — Spreadsheets, an old CRM, a separate quoting tool - customer data lives in five places and none of them agree. - **Reps working around the CRM, not in it** — If the pipeline doesn't match how your team sells, they keep their real deals in a spreadsheet - and leadership flies blind. - **Reporting no one trusts** — Dirty data and manual entry mean every forecast comes with an asterisk. Decisions get made on gut instead of numbers. - **Paying for more than you use** — Most portals run at a fraction of what they're licensed for - Hubs bought, never configured, never adopted. What We've Seen — Most HubSpot instances run at **a fraction of what they're paying for** - **61%** — of CRM features go unused a year after a self-led rollout - **5+** — disconnected tools the average operation runs before consolidating - **Weeks** — not months, to move from messy data to a working portal ## Our Approach Configured, **not just switched on.** We build HubSpot around your operation - then hand it over so your team can run it without us. 1. **Operational Discovery** _(Weeks 1–2)_ — We map your lead-to-cash process, the systems it touches, and where data breaks down today - office and field. 2. **Architecture & Build** _(Weeks 2–6)_ — Data model, pipelines, workflows, and integrations designed around how your revenue teams actually work. 3. **Rollout & Enablement** _(Weeks 6–10)_ — Migrate clean data, train your team on every workflow, and launch - with playbooks they keep. ## What You Get Six deliverables. **All yours.** Everything we produce is documented and handed to your team - because a good partner works themselves out of the room. - **HubSpot Audit & Scorecard** — A structured review of data quality, adoption, and process gaps across your portal. - **CRM Data Model & Migration Plan** — A clean object model and a safe, mapped path off your current CRM. - **Integrations Map** — Every connected system - ERP, billing, data warehouse - documented and wired. - **RevOps Playbook** — Workflows, lifecycle stages, and naming conventions your team can maintain. - **Executive Dashboards** — Pipeline, attribution, and forecast reporting leadership can actually trust. - **Team Enablement** — Live training and recorded walkthroughs so adoption sticks after go-live. ## Engagement Timeline Weeks, **not months.** Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. We've run this across backbone operations and we know exactly what it takes. 1. **Audit** _(Weeks 1–2)_ — Process mapping, data review, systems inventory, and a prioritized build plan. 2. **Build** _(Weeks 2–6)_ — Data model, pipelines, workflows, and integrations configured to your operation. 3. **Migrate & Train** _(Weeks 6–9)_ — Clean data migration, team training on every workflow, and go-live. 4. **Optimize** _(Ongoing)_ — Optional dashboards, RevOps tuning, and reviews that keep the portal earning its keep. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your operation** - Teams running a Frankenstein stack of spreadsheets and point tools - Operations that bought HubSpot but never fully rolled it out - Leaders who want pipeline and forecast reporting they can trust - Businesses migrating off a legacy or homegrown CRM - Office and field teams that need one source of truth ### Engagement Details **Fixed Fee** — HubSpot Implementation - **Duration:** 6–10 weeks - **Pricing Model:** Fixed fee - **Kickoff:** Within 1–2 weeks - **Deliverable:** Configured portal + playbook - **Ongoing Commitment:** None required [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to get **more from HubSpot?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. Zuper replaces all of it - but only if it's configured around your operation. - **Dispatch on whiteboards and texts** — Scheduling lives in someone's head and a group chat. A sick tech or a rushed job throws the whole day off. - **Paper work orders that never come back** — Job details get lost between the truck and the office, so invoicing is slow and disputes are hard to settle. - **A field app crews won't adopt** — Software rolled out without training or configuration gets ignored - and the paper comes right back. - **Office and field on different systems** — Dispatch, mobile, and accounting don't talk, so data is re-keyed by hand and nothing reconciles. What We've Seen — Most field teams run **five tools that don't talk to each other** - **5+** — disconnected apps the average service business juggles before Zuper - **1** — platform for scheduling, work orders, mobile, and invoicing once it's configured right - **Weeks** — is all it takes to move a crew off paper and onto one system ## Our Approach Configured **around your crews.** We build Zuper around how your operation actually runs - then hand it over so your team can run it without us. 1. **Operations Discovery** _(Weeks 1–2)_ — We map your dispatch-to-invoice process, your trades, and your service areas - and find where the handoffs break. 2. **Configure & Integrate** _(Weeks 2–4)_ — Job types, workflows, forms, and automations built for your trades - wired to QuickBooks, CRM, and payments. 3. **Field Rollout** _(Weeks 4–8)_ — Roll the mobile app out to crews with hands-on training and a clean data migration, so adoption sticks. ## What You Get Six deliverables. **All yours.** Everything we produce is documented and handed to your team - because a good partner works themselves out of the room. - **Operations & Process Audit** — A clear map of your current dispatch-to-invoice workflow and where it leaks time and money. - **Configured Zuper Workspace** — Job types, checklists, forms, and automations built around your trades - ready to run. - **Integrations Map** — QuickBooks, CRM, payments, and more - documented and wired through Zuper. - **Field Rollout Kit** — Mobile-app setup, crew onboarding, and quick-reference guides your techs will actually use. - **Dispatch & KPI Dashboards** — Live views of jobs, technicians, and revenue that your dispatchers and owners can trust. - **Team Enablement** — Live training and recorded walkthroughs for office and field so adoption sticks after go-live. ## Engagement Timeline Weeks, **not months.** Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. We've run this rollout across service businesses and we know exactly what it takes. 1. **Audit** _(Weeks 1–2)_ — Process mapping, systems inventory, and a prioritized configuration plan. 2. **Configure** _(Weeks 2–4)_ — Job types, workflows, forms, and integrations built around your trades and service areas. 3. **Deploy** _(Weeks 4–8)_ — Mobile-app rollout to crews, hands-on training, and a clean data migration. 4. **Optimize** _(Ongoing)_ — Optional dashboards, automation tuning, and reviews that keep the platform earning its keep. ## Ideal For The right engagement - Service businesses still running on paper and spreadsheets - Crews juggling multiple disconnected apps day to day - Owners who want live visibility into jobs and revenue - Teams that tried a field-service tool but adoption failed - Operations connecting Zuper to QuickBooks, CRM, or payments ### Engagement Details **Fixed Fee** — Zuper Implementation - **Duration:** 4–8 weeks - **Pricing Model:** Fixed fee - **Site Visit:** Recommended - **Deliverable:** Configured workspace + rollout kit - **Ongoing Commitment:** None required [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to get your crews **on one system?** Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call. A certified partner brings the configuration patterns, integration know-how, and field-rollout experience that turn the platform into an operation your crews actually run. - **Certified and trained on Zuper** — We know the platform's modules, limits, and best practices inside out - not learning on your budget. - **Configuration patterns that work** — We've stood Zuper up across trades and bring proven job types, workflows, and automations to the table. - **Field-rollout expertise** — Getting techs to adopt a mobile app is its own craft. We roll it out with training built for the field. - **Independent and portable** — Everything is documented and handed over. You own the setup - we don't lock you in. The Partnership — Why service businesses bring in **a certified partner instead of going it alone - **Certified** — Zuper implementation partner - vetted on the platform we deploy - **60+** — integrations we wire so the office and field stay in sync - **2012** — implementing operational software for the backbone economy ## The Full Platform One partner, **every part of the job** From the dispatch board to the truck to the invoice - we know Zuper across the whole workflow. The value comes from clean data, documented processes, aligned controls, workflows people actually adopt, and integrations that keep finance connected to the rest of the operation. - **A chart of accounts that grew instead of being designed** — Thousands of codes stand in for structure, so every new program, location, or entity means more accounts, more reconciliation, and more room for error. - **Reporting rebuilt by hand every month** — The same exports get pivoted and reconciled before anyone can answer a question the system should already be answering on its own. - **Nothing is current until month-end** — Bank transactions land in a spreadsheet and get matched one at a time, so leadership decides against a cash position that is already weeks old. - **Finance and operations on separate systems** — Production, service, CRM, and payroll data are re-keyed into the ledger - which means delay, disputes, and numbers nobody fully trusts. What We See — A licence renewal doesn't fix **a system nobody designed** - **5,000** — GL account codes one finance team was maintaining to do the work dimensions are built for - **Excel** — was where bank transactions got matched one by one, so nothing was actionable until month-end - **1** — connected model - ledger, operations, and reporting - is what actually shortens the close ## Platform Selection Sage 300 or Sage Intacct? **Your operating model decides.** Both are strong platforms. The right one depends on how your entities, operations, and reporting obligations actually work - not on a feature comparison chart. ### Sage 300 — Operational ERP When the ledger has to sit alongside the operation - inventory, purchasing, and order management in one place. - Distribution, inventory, and order management run next to financials - On-premise or hosted deployment is required or preferred - A custom or line-of-business application drives the numbers - You want proven capability without paying for what you won't use _Implementation, upgrade, and optimization_ ### Sage Intacct — Cloud Financials When the reporting problem is structural - many entities, programs, or locations that a flat chart of accounts can't carry. - Multi-entity, multi-location, or multi-program reporting is the core need - Dimensions should replace a sprawling chart of accounts - Cloud access, role-based control, and continuous release matter - Funders, boards, or a Ministry expect reporting on demand _Implementation and dimensional design_ ### Selection & Roadmap — Not sure yet Most conversations start here. We assess before we recommend, and we put the recommendation in writing. - Requirements workshop across finance and operations - Deployment, licensing, risk, and total-cost comparison - Integration and data-migration risk assessment - A written recommendation with the roadmap to match _Fixed-scope assessment_ > **Already on Sage?** Much of the value arrives after the licence - configuring the platform around how the team actually works, or making the move from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct once reporting has outgrown the chart of accounts. ## Across the Finance Lifecycle One team, every stage of the Sage journey From the first requirements workshop to integrations, go-live, and continuous optimization - the same people stay accountable for a solution finance can trust and operations can use. - **ERP Selection & Roadmap** — Assess requirements, deployment preferences, risk, licensing, and ROI to select the right Sage platform and implementation path. - **Sage Intacct Implementation** — Configure cloud financials, dimensions, multi-entity structures, approvals, dashboards, and role-based access for a finance operation that scales. - **Sage 300 Implementation & Upgrade** — Implement, upgrade, and optimize financial, distribution, inventory, purchasing, and order-management capability on-premise or hosted. - **Data Migration & Conversion** — Clean, map, validate, and reconcile data from QuickBooks, spreadsheets, legacy accounting systems, and other ERP platforms. - **Financial Process Automation** — Cut manual entry and delay across invoices, purchasing, approvals, bank reconciliation, recurring transactions, and period-end activity. - **API & Systems Integration** — Connect Sage with CRM, field service, ecommerce, payroll, banking, document management, analytics, and custom line-of-business applications. - **Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics** — Real-time, dimensional reporting and executive dashboards with drill-down visibility all the way to the source transaction. - **Training, Support & Optimization** — Prepare users and administrators for go-live, document the solution, then keep improving workflows, controls, reporting, and performance. ## AI-Enabled, Real-Time Finance Move from spreadsheet reporting to **decision-ready financial visibility** Dimensions, dashboards, drill-down reporting, workflow automation, and supported AI capability shorten reporting cycles and strengthen controls at the same time. The outcome leaders notice is simpler than any of that: current financial information, available when the question is asked, without anyone rebuilding the same spreadsheet at the end of every month. **What Changes** - **Dimensions replace account sprawl** — Tag transactions by entity, department, location, program, project, or client instead of minting another code. - **Dashboards by role** — Finance leaders, operators, and executives each open a view built for the decisions they own. - **Drill-down to the source** — Every figure on a report traces back to the transaction behind it, so questions get settled in the system. - **Workflow automation through the close** — AP, AR, approvals, bank feeds, recurring transactions, and consolidations stop depending on someone remembering. ## What You Get Everything documented. **Built to be owned by your team.** Concrete deliverables keep the implementation maintainable after go-live and give internal teams a clear operating model for finance, data, integrations, and support. - **Finance Systems Assessment** — Current-state review of processes, data, integrations, reporting, controls, and pain points. - **Solution Architecture & Implementation Plan** — A phased Sage roadmap with scope, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, and risk controls. - **Data Migration & Validation Package** — Mapping workbooks, cleansing rules, trial conversions, reconciliations, and sign-off evidence. - **Configured Workflows, Dimensions & Controls** — A maintainable finance model aligned to entities, departments, locations, projects, products, and reporting needs. - **Integration Map & Interface Specifications** — Documented data ownership, APIs, schedules, monitoring, exception handling, and security requirements. - **Executive Dashboards & Financial Reports** — Role-based reporting for finance leaders, operators, and executives. - **Training & Administrator Documentation** — Live enablement, recorded walkthroughs, written procedures, and a clean support handoff. - **Go-Live & Optimization Plan** — Cutover, hypercare, issue management, performance review, and ranked improvement priorities. ## How the Engagement Runs Phased, **and never a surprise cutover.** Each phase ends in something you can review and sign off. Nothing goes live until the data reconciles and the team has been trained on it. 1. **Assess** _(Phase 01)_ — Current-state review of processes, data, integrations, reporting, and controls - and the platform recommendation that follows from it. 2. **Architect** _(Phase 02)_ — The entity and dimension model, scope, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, and risk controls, written down and agreed. 3. **Migrate & Configure** _(Phase 03)_ — Clean, map, and reconcile the data; build workflows, approvals, and integrations; test against real transactions before anyone depends on them. 4. **Go Live & Optimize** _(Phase 04)_ — Cutover, training, and hypercare - then continuous improvement of workflows, reporting, controls, and system performance. ## Ideal For The right engagement **for your finance team** - Finance teams outgrowing QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or an unsupported legacy ERP - Multi-entity, multi-program, or multi-location organizations that need dimensional reporting - Sage 300 users weighing the move to Sage Intacct - Existing Sage installations never configured around how the team actually works - Organizations that need Sage connected to CRM, field service, payroll, banking, or a custom application - Finance leaders who need reporting that funders, boards, or auditors accept without rework > Sage platform delivery runs through our Sage practice partner. Discovery, solution architecture, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and support all come through **one coordinated team, with one point of accountability.** ### Engagement Details **Scoped** — Sage Implementation & Optimization - **Starting Point:** Finance systems assessment - **Platforms:** Sage 300, Sage Intacct - **Deployment:** Cloud, hosted, or on-premise - **Delivery:** Phased, milestone-based - **Handoff:** Documented and owned by you - **After Go-Live:** Support and optimization, optional [Inquire About This Service](#tvContactForm) ## Ready to modernize finance **with Sage?** Start with a 30-minute conversation about your current systems, reporting challenges, automation opportunities, and the right Sage roadmap for your organization. Thrive brings us in so those risks are known before close and handled after it. - **Independent technical diligence** — A clear-eyed read on systems, data, and security risk - so the investment committee prices reality, not the pitch. - **AI & data value creation** — We find where AI and clean data move the number - and build the roadmap that turns a thesis into EBITDA. - **Post-close integration muscle** — The deal closes on day one; the value shows up on day two. We keep systems and operations running through the merge. - **Operator-level depth** — We've run the systems we assess. Thrive gets an operator's view, not a checklist from a generalist. The Partnership — One technical bench **across the whole deal lifecycle** - **Pre-close** — technical, data, security, and AI due diligence for the IC - **Post-close** — integration, systems continuity, and value-creation delivery - **2012** — building and running operational technology for the backbone economy ## Across The Deal Lifecycle One partner, **from diligence to value creation** Whatever stage a deal is in, we bring the technical bench Thrive's teams and portfolio companies can lean on. Here's where we plug in. - **Technical Due Diligence** — Systems, architecture, and technical debt assessed against the deal thesis before close. - **Data & AI Assessment** — Data quality, governance, and where AI can realistically move the number post-close. - **Cybersecurity & Risk** — Security posture, exposure, and compliance risk surfaced before it becomes a liability. - **IT & Systems Diligence** — Infrastructure, licensing, and vendor exposure mapped so there are no day-two surprises. - **Integration Planning** — A 100-day technical integration plan built during diligence, ready to execute at close. - **Post-Merger Integration** — Systems, data, and operations merged without breaking production continuity. - **Portfolio Value Creation** — AI and data initiatives that lift margin and multiple across the portfolio. - **Fractional Tech Leadership** — Interim CTO/CIO firepower dropped into a portfolio company when the seat is empty. ## One technical partner **from first look to full integration** Thrive embeds alongside management and stakes its reputation on the outcome. We bring the same posture to the technology - diligence that protects the thesis, and delivery that makes it real after close. Your peers are wrestling with the same pressures. But most of those conversations happen in silos, or not at all. This roundtable exists to change that. - **What you're not sure you should be doing with AI** — The hype is everywhere. The real decisions - about workforce, automation, data, and operations - are yours alone to make. Hear what others are actually doing. - **What your peers are thinking but not saying publicly** — This is an off-the-record room. Owners and CEOs speak candidly about their real experiences: workforce decisions, board pressure, competitive threats, and which bets are actually paying off. - **What you should actually focus on first** — Not a vendor roadmap. A real conversation about where AI creates leverage in a plant, a shop floor, a small team - and what falls apart when you move too fast. ## The Format A Table of Peers. A Focused Conversation. No Agenda Beyond Clarity. The roundtable is designed so that the facilitator speaks as little as possible. His job is to open the question - yours is to explore it. 1. **Open — Topic is set** — Mike frames the session's central question in a few minutes - grounded in real AI challenges facing SMB manufacturers right now. 2. **Explore — Peers take the floor** — Everyone at the table contributes. The facilitator steps back. You share, challenge, and learn from others who are navigating the same pressures. 3. **Deepen — Experiences shared** — The format is designed to draw out what you've actually lived - not rehearsed positions. Real experiences, real stakes, real lessons from people who've been there. 4. **Close — Leave with clarity** — 90–120 minutes. No homework, no follow-up sales call. You leave with perspective you couldn't get from a webinar, a conference panel, or your own team. ## What We Discuss Topics Built for the Reality of Running a Real Operation Each session centers on one focused question. Topics rotate to reflect what's actually happening in the market. - **Workforce & AI: Fear, Reality, and the Conversation You Haven't Had Yet** — How are your people reacting? What do you tell them - and what are you keeping to yourself? - **Your Data is Your Moat - Or Your Liability. Which Is It?** — AI only works with trustworthy data. What does your data actually look like, and who knows? - **Buying AI vs. Building with AI: How Do You Decide?** — Off-the-shelf tools, custom implementations, or wait. What framework are you actually using? - **Understanding Your Legal Liability with AI** — Who owns what your AI produces? What obligations came attached to your training data? If an AI output causes harm, who is liable? The questions most boards can't answer yet. - **What AI Means for Your Company's Value and Exit Strategy** — Buyers and PE firms are asking about AI readiness in due diligence. Are you prepared to answer? - **Honest Assessment: What's Actually Working, and What's Hype?** — An open conversation about AI use cases that have delivered real ROI vs. ones that stalled on the shop floor. ## Upcoming Sessions What's on the Table Next Each session centers on one focused question, and every seat contributes. Here's what's coming - and the experiences we'll be trading around the table. ### Understanding Your Legal Liability with AI Sep 24, 2026 · Executive Roundtable What every operator should know about ownership, data obligations, and exposure before they scale AI. Executive-only, limited seats. Speakers to be announced. [Save Your Seat](#tvRegisterForm) ## Have a Question You Want at the Table? Suggest a Topic The best sessions come from what you actually want to work through. Tell us what you'd like a room of your peers to dig into, and we'll factor it into upcoming roundtables. No spam — we'll only reach out about roundtable sessions. ## Your Facilitator Meet Your Host **Mike Glover** — President, Three Ventures · AI & Data Privacy Law · Enterprise Architect Mike brings decades of senior executive experience across enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and AI strategy - and holds a Master of Law in AI & Data Privacy, a rare pairing of deep technologist and legal training. He has worked inside complex industrial and operational environments and knows the difference between AI that looks good on a slide and AI that survives contact with a real plant floor. His approach to facilitation is unusual: he believes the most valuable knowledge in the room is already there - in the heads of the leaders sitting around the table. His job is to unlock it, not to lecture over it. > "I speak as little as possible. The people in the room have lived this. My role is to open the question - and then get out of the way." **Credentials:** LL.M. AI & Data Privacy · EMBA · CISM · Master Enterprise Architect · linkedin.com/in/mjglover5 - **20+** — Years Enterprise Leadership - **CXO** — Level Relationships Across Industries - **3** — Advanced Professional Certifications ## Who This Is For A Room Built for the People Who Own the Decision We keep the group intentionally small and intentionally senior. Every seat matters. - Owners and founders across the backbone of the economy - CEOs and Presidents with operational accountability - CXOs - COO, CFO, CTO, CISO - driving AI decisions day-to-day - Leaders at companies between $5M – $250M in annual revenue - Those with genuine AI questions - not those who've already figured it out ### Honest Conversation. Useful Time. No Nonsense. We protect the room's integrity with a simple screening process. Every applicant is reviewed before a seat is confirmed. - **This is not for you if:** — You are looking to pitch, sell, or distribute materials to the group. Vendors, consultants looking to sell from the room, and anyone whose primary goal is lead generation will not be admitted. The roundtable is a space for leaders to think together - not a sales channel. - **Complimentary. No strings.** — There is no cost to attend. Three Ventures facilitates this as a service to the executive community across the industries we serve. You may hear about Three Ventures' work - but only if it's relevant to the conversation you're already having. ## Request a Seat Join the Next Roundtable Seats are limited to keep the conversation focused. Fill out the form and we'll confirm your eligibility and send details on the next available session. - No spam. No nurture sequences. Just a seat confirmation or a note if this one isn't the right fit. - Off the record. Nothing said in the room is attributed or shared outside it. - Small group. We cap attendance to ensure every voice gets heard. - No slides, no presentations. Just a table of peers and a focused question. - Complimentary. No invoice will arrive. No surprise upsell at the end. **Request Your Seat** — We review every application to keep the room right. You'll hear back within 2 business days. ## Common Questions Before You Sign Up ### Is this really free? What's the catch? Yes, it's complimentary. Three Ventures hosts these roundtables to build genuine relationships with the SMB manufacturing executive community. There's no sales pitch built into the session. You may learn what Three Ventures does - but only if it comes up naturally in conversation. There is no cost to attend and no invoice will follow. ### How many people are in a session? We keep groups intentionally small - typically 8 to 12 leaders - so that every person in the room has a meaningful chance to contribute. This isn't a webinar. It's a table. The size is by design. ### Is it recorded or will my comments be shared? No. There are no recordings, no transcripts, and no attribution of comments to individuals outside the session. The roundtable operates under Chatham House rules: you are free to use the information and ideas shared, but not to attribute them to the source. This is what makes the conversation honest. ### Will I be sold to? No. Mike facilitates as a peer, not a presenter. There are no slides, no product demos, and no "and here's how Three Ventures can solve that" moments built into the agenda. If a conversation naturally leads to a follow-up, that happens after - never during - and only if you want it to. ### Where and when do these take place? Sessions are held virtually and in person, depending on the cohort. After your application is reviewed, we'll send you details on the next available session that fits your profile - including date, format, and the confirmed topic. ### Do I need to prepare anything? No preparation required. Come with your real questions, your genuine uncertainty, and 90 minutes of focused time. The format is conversational - your lived experience as a manufacturing leader is the only thing you need to bring. --- # AI is Moving Fast. Your Perspective Matters Here. **AI Webinar Series · Open Invitation** A regular webinar series covering the AI questions that practitioners, leaders, and teams are actually facing - across industries and functions. Open to everyone. Demanding of everyone. **Details:** 60 minutes · Open to all — no screening required · Varied AI topics — new each session · Complimentary > **This is not a lecture series.** Contribution is expected - not optional. Every session is built on the understanding that the room knows things worth sharing. Come ready to participate. [Register for a Session](#tvRegisterForm) · [See upcoming topics ↓](#upcoming-sessions) **What makes this different:** Open invite - no vetting, no application · Contribution required - passive attendance isn't the point · Topics rotate - focused on what's relevant right now · Cross-industry - different perspectives in the same room ## Upcoming Sessions Pick a Topic. Register. Show Up Ready. Each session centers on a single focused question. Topics are announced 3–4 weeks ahead so you have time to think before you arrive. ### Your AI Strategy Has Gaps. How Do You Find Them Before They Find You? Date TBA · AI Readiness & Governance · Next Session · Seats available 97% of organizations deploying AI have experienced an AI-related incident. The AI Investment Decision Most Companies Get Wrong Date TBA · AI Strategy & Investment · Coming Soon Off-the-shelf AI tools are multiplying. Custom builds are expensive. [Notify Me](#tvRegisterForm) ### Your Data Is Either Your Advantage or Your Liability. Which Is It Right Now? Date TBA · Data & Governance · Coming Soon AI is only as good as the data behind it. This session gets honest about data quality, governance gaps, and the internal conversations most organizations are avoiding. Where do you actually stand? [Notify Me](#tvRegisterForm) ## The Format 60 Minutes. One Topic. Everyone Contributes. Designed to be tight, focused, and genuinely interactive. Not a keynote with questions bolted on at the end. 1. **Frame · 10 min — The topic is introduced** — Three Ventures opens with a sharp framing of the session question - current context, why it matters now, and the specific dimensions the group will explore. 2. **Provoke · 15 min — A perspective is challenged** — A guest voice, data point, or contrarian position is introduced to push the conversation past obvious answers and surface the real complexity. 3. **Discuss · 30 min — The room takes over** — Open structured discussion. Attendees share their own experience, challenges, and perspective. This is the core of the session - not a Q&A, a conversation. 4. **Close · 5 min — Clarity, not conclusions** — Three Ventures synthesizes the thread of discussion and surfaces the 2–3 things the group actually landed on. No homework assigned, no sales pitch appended. ## Why Contribution Is Required The Room Is the Resource. When everyone contributes, the whole group gets more from 60 minutes than any presentation could deliver. The collective experience in the room is the curriculum. We ask you to bring it. This is not a passive event. Cameras on. Questions welcome. Disagreement encouraged. Silence costs everyone. - **Show up as yourself** — Bring your real experience and real uncertainty. We don't need polished takes - we need honest ones. - **Speak at least once** — We ask every attendee to contribute at least one substantive point during the discussion window. That's the only condition of participation. - **Disagree productively** — Pushback is welcome. The goal is clarity, not consensus. A room that agrees on everything hasn't thought hard enough. - **Keep it in the room** — What's shared in the session stays there. Don't attribute specific comments to individuals outside the group. ## Topic Landscape AI is Broad. We Go Deep, One Question at a Time. Topics rotate each session. The scope is deliberately wide - because the people in the room come from different industries, functions, and starting points. - **AI Readiness & Governance** — Maturity assessments, risk identification, policy gaps, and the organizational questions that precede any deployment. - **Data Quality & AI Readiness** — Getting data clean, structured, and trustworthy before AI touches it - the unglamorous work most organizations skip. - **Workforce & Change Management** — How do you lead people through AI adoption? The communication, culture, and trust challenges that technology alone can't solve. - **AI ROI: Measuring What Actually Matters** — Beyond cost savings - how do you measure AI's real impact on speed, quality, and organizational capability over time? - **AI Vendor Landscape: What to Trust** — Cutting through the noise on AI tools, platforms, and vendors. What questions to ask before you sign anything. - **Agentic AI: Real or Overhyped?** — AI agents that act autonomously are here. What's actually working, what's failing, and what should you be paying attention to? - **AI Security & Risk Incidents** — The AI incidents organizations aren't talking about publicly - and how to build the governance to catch problems before they escalate. - **Small Business & SMB AI Adoption** — What's different about AI adoption for smaller organizations - resource constraints, faster decisions, and the advantages incumbents can't replicate. - **The Build vs. Buy vs. Partner Decision** — The frameworks and real-world experience behind one of the most consequential AI decisions any organization makes. ## Who's in the Room Open Invitation. Genuine Diversity of Experience. This series isn't built for one industry or one seniority level. The cross-pollination of different roles and sectors is part of what makes the conversation valuable. - **Executives & Leaders** — CEOs, CXOs, and owners navigating AI strategy at the organizational level. - **IT & Technology Teams** — Practitioners building, evaluating, and managing AI systems in real organizations. - **Operations & Finance** — The people who have to make AI investments work in practice and justify them on paper. - **Curious Practitioners** — Anyone working in or around AI adoption who has something to say and wants to hear from others who do too. > No application. No screening. No approval process. This series is open - register and attend. The only thing we ask is that you come prepared to contribute. If passive attendance is what you're looking for, this isn't the right room. ## Register Reserve Your Spot Pick a session, register, and you'll receive the link, the topic brief, and a suggested contribution prompt to help you come prepared. - Confirmation email with session link sent immediately - Topic brief delivered 1 week before the session - A contribution prompt to help you prepare one thing to say - No recordings distributed - what happens in the room stays there - Complimentary - no invoice, no upsell, no strings **Register for a Session** — Takes 60 seconds. You'll hear from us right away. ## Common Questions Before You Register ### What does "contribution required" actually mean? It means we ask every attendee to speak at least once during the discussion portion of the session. You don't need to have a polished position - a question, an observation, or a piece of your own experience is enough. What we're not looking for is people who sign up to listen silently for 60 minutes. The value of the session comes from what the room brings to it. ### Do I need to be an AI expert to attend? No. The sessions are designed for people who are working through AI questions in real organizations - not people who already have all the answers. Early-stage uncertainty, skepticism, and practical experience without formal AI training are all welcome and valuable in the room. Experts tend to make the worst listeners; bring what you've actually lived. ### Is there an application or screening process? No. The webinar series is open to anyone who wants to attend. Register and you're in. The only condition is that you come ready to participate. There is no vetting, no approval process, and no criteria beyond a commitment to contributing to the conversation. ### Is the session recorded? Sessions are not distributed as recordings. We want people to speak freely - and that means what happens in the room stays in the room. If Three Ventures publishes anything drawing from the discussion, it will be de-attributed and generalized. No names, no companies, no quotes. ### How is this different from the Three Ventures Executive Roundtable? The Executive Roundtable is an invite-only, application-screened session specifically for Owners, CEOs, and CXOs of SMB manufacturing companies. Groups are kept small - 8 to 12 people - and sessions run 90 to 120 minutes. The Webinar Series is open to anyone, runs 60 minutes, covers a broader range of industries and functions, and is designed for a wider cross-section of people navigating AI at work. ### Will Three Ventures sell to me during the session? No. The session is a conversation, not a pitch. Three Ventures hosts this series to engage seriously with the AI community and build relationships based on substance. If you want to know what Three Ventures does, it's on the website. What you won't find is a sales deck waiting for you at the end of a session. --- # Privacy Policy Protecting your private information is our priority.
